Victor Ross McBryde passed away at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle, Washington on May 15, 2011 at the age of 57. He was born on December 13, 1953 in Holdenville and graduated from Okmulgee High School. He moved to Seattle, Washington in the 1980's. He was preceded in death by his parents, Matt and Marge McBryde. He is survived by his long time companion, Gordon Luke of Seattle, Washington; one sister, Saundra Stringfellow and husband, Ronnie, Holdenville; sister-in-law, Patsy McBryde, Wells, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. He had a special place in his heart for all his family, loved flowers, cooking and playing the piano. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Stringfellow, Alan Jones, Jason Stringfellow, Wyatt Jones, Matthew Jones, Danny Nolen, and Kevin Nolen. Services will be held on Friday, May 20, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the Hudson-Phillips Chapel in Holdenville, Oklahoma with Rev. Dane Robinson officiating.
