William Wilson Banks, 83, of Charlottesville, entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 9, 2011, at the Cedars Nursing Home.
He was the son of the late Robert and Amelia Banks.
He leaves to cherish his memory, one brother, Richard P. Banks of Charlottesville; two sisters, Viola Jones of Washington, D.C., and Suzanne Wright of Beckley, West Virginia; and a host of other beloved relatives and friends.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, May 16, 2011, at Mount Zion Baptist Church Advance Mills with the Reverend Debbie Banks officiating. Interment followed at the church cemetery.
