Lori was a freshman attending South Plains College in Lubbock when she became ill. She was a 2004 graduate of First Baptist Academy and a member of First Baptist Church of Dallas.
Lori is survived by her parents; her brother, Evan; a sister, Leslie Blakeley Adkins of Dallas; her maternal grandmother, Billie Becknal, Lubbock; her paternal grandmother, Johnnye Blakeley, Irving; three aunts, Karen Blakeley-Gallini of Dallas, Sharon Blakeley of Gainesville, and Pati Stutzman of Grapevine; one uncle, Mike Becknal and wife Jamie of Lubbock; cousins, Blakeley Camp, Payton Camp, Blaine Brewer, Erin Becknal, and Katie Becknal Dannheim.
Lori was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Duke Becknal and Major Roy Blakeley
Services will be held Thursday, May 12, 2005 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Dallas. Graveside services will follow at Little Bethel Memorial Park, Duncanville.
