Ruth O. Hartley, 88 of Roy, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011, in Roy.
She was born Oct. 1, 1922, in Roy, the daughter of Edward B. and Anna Williams-Farley. Ruth was a ranch wife, homemaker and a member of the Womens Farm Club and the Pinion Cow Bells.
She was preceded in death by her husband Pat Hartley, three brothers Raymond, Ed and C.L. Farley, two sisters Edith Haselton and Evaleen Rice and one grandson Ryan Hartley.
Ruth is survived by two daughters, Konnie Kay Rush and husband Dale of Aledo, Texas, and Penny Lee Trainham and husband Bruce of Folsom; one son, Ray Carl Hartley and wife Doris of Roy; nine grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 19, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the Hartley Ranch at Roy.
Services for Ruth O. Hartley are under the direction of the Yaksich-Long Funeral Home of Raton.
