Alan Creech, Chief of Police, Nampa, Idaho, was killed while flying over the Idaho wilderness with his best friend, Mark L. Hupe, who was also killed in the accident. Alan was an active member of the Lenni Lenape; Delwares of Idaho Indian tribe. He received an AA in Criminal Justice from the College of Southern Idaho, and a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Boise State University. Alan is a 1993 graduate of the FBI academy, and has been employed in law enforcement since 1972. He has worked with the Idaho State Police, State Corrections,and the Nampa Police Department. He was involved in numerous civic and social organizations.
