Mildred Louise Jennings, 91. Herring Cove Road, Halifax, died March 22, 1994, at home. Born at Blue Rocks, she was the daughter of the late John and Carrie MacIntosh. She is survived by five sons, Dennis, Ronald, Murray, all of Halifax; Richard, Peterborough, Ontario; Douglas, Hinton, Alberta; seven daughters, Mildred (Mrs. Raymond Young), Stephenville, Newfoundland; Irene (Mrs. Patrick Leaden), Chilliwack, British Columbia; Audrey Killam, Doris Harvey, both of Halifax; Mona (Mrs. Gerald Harrie), Terence Bay; Margaret (Mrs. Flemming Hadberg), New Jersey; Lorraine (Mrs. Frederick Levy), Sackville; brother, Raymond, Shelburne; 37 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Dennis. Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in J. Albert Walker Funeral Home, 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax, where funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday, Rev. James Purchase officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
