Josephine Neri O'Byrne, 87, of Liverpool, passed away Wednesday at Van Duyn. A life resident of the Syracuse area, she was a volunteer at Veterans Hospital for many years. She was predeceased by her husband, Bernard in 1998. Josephine is survived by her sister-in-law, Rose Neri; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Funeral services will be conducted noon today (Friday) at PIRRO & SONS FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. An hour of visitation will be held prior to the funeral services from 11 a.m. to noon at the funeral home, 1500 Park Street.
