Had been a resident of olean for past 50 years and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Olean. One son, Walter Bell, Olean, five daughters, Mrs. R.E.Davis, Jamestown, NY, Mrs. R.E. Helwic and Mrs. Frank Nickel, Buffalo, NY, Mrs Gail Borst, Pittsburgh, PA, and Mrs. Wesley Brandes, Olean. Also 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral was held July 5, 1950 at Helwig Funeral Home, Olean.
