Betty was the daughter of Theodore and Alma Myrtle Logan Ivey. She did not have any children. She was 1st cousin to my mother, Katherine Brown Darnell. She worked in the Sibley Cotton Mill in Augusta, and was actively involved with the Salvation Army.

Mrs. Hazel Grady (Betty Ivey) Boltin of 1611 Kissingbower Road, died Tuesday August 6, 1985 in a Richmond County Hospital. The funeral was Friday, at Platt's Funeral Home, with the Rev. Robert C. Rayner officiating. Burial was in West Over Memorial Park.

Betty was a lifelong resident of Augusta, and a health service technician at Gracewood State School and Hospital. She was a member of Lake Park Baptist Church and Augusta Association for Retarded Citizens.

Survivors include her husband, a brother, Joseph "Mike" Ivey of Evans; and a sister, Lillian William, Augusta; and Niece Mrytle Williams.
