Margaret Hatch Anderson
BRIGHAM CITY – Margaret Hatch Anderson, 90, passed away on May 29, 2004, at her home.
Margaret was born on August 22, 1913, a daughter of Alvin Jeremiah Hatch and Margaret Cutler Hatch. She married Everett Carl Anderson on October 19, 1932, in Logan, Utah.
Mother was a very special lady. She loved to crochet and shared her talents with her family by crocheting blankets for new babies, doilies, and afghans when the grandchildren graduated from high school. Both Mother and Daddy were known by their grandchildren as Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus because they hand-made all the Christmas gifts for all of their family for over 20 years.
Margaret is survived by her husband, Everett; daughters, LaRaine (Claude) Jeppesen and Donna (Lloyd, deceased) Hubbard, both of Corinne, UT; sons VonDell (Claudette) Anderson, Granite Bay, CA; Alvin (Linda) Anderson, Centerville, UT; Robert (Brenda) Anderson, Corinne, UT; sister, Florence Beeton, Deweyville, UT; 31 grandchildren, 73 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 5, at 11 a.m. at the Corinne Second Ward Chapel, 2325 North 4000 West, Corinne.
Friends may call on Friday, June 4, 6 to 8 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 South 100 East, Brigham City, and on Saturday, June 5, 10 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church.
Interment will be in the Bear River City Cemetery.
