Born in Holyoke Dec 5, 1890, he was the son of the late Thomas and Mary (Curley) Thorpe.
He leaves no known survivors.
A graveside service was to be held this morning in St. Michael`s Cemetery, Springfield. Byron`s Funeral Home, 684 State St., Springfield, was in charge of arrangements.
