Larry Edward Bickford, 47, died Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2001, at the Medical Center of Louisiana at New Orleans.
He was a graduate of Independence High School and a member of Local 198 pipefitting school.
He is survived by his parents, Walter "Boe" and Mickey Powell Bickford, both of Natalbany; one brother, Dennis Bickford of Natalbany; and one sister, Zandra Bickford Stewart of Loranger.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Percy and Clara Bickford, and Willie and Lelia Powell; and one brother, Jesse Wayne Bickford.
Visitation will be today at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 6 to 10 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. until the funeral at 10. Burial will be in Loranger Community Cemetery.
