Ethel B. Danos Arabie, 86, a native of Gheens and a resident of Mathews, died Sept. 4, 2003.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Hilary Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church with burial in Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Norman J. Arabie; a step son, Jimmy Arabie; a daughter, Priscilla Hebert; step daughters Merlin Trosclair and Ariel Mae Champagne; a brother, Adam Hebert; a sister, Elsie Brassett; grandchildren Tad
Hebert, Troy Hebert, Tricia Thibodeaux and Tamyra Hebert; great-grandchildren,
Trever Hebert and Sarah Thibodeaux; eight step-grandchildren and six step great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Johnny Danos; her parents, Anatole and Lorentine Rodriguez Hebert; brothers, Lawrence, Clarence, Claude, Norman and Herbert Hebert; and a sister, Virgis Naquin.
