PILOT POINT — Graveside service for Violet A. Lemons, 89, of Pilot Point is set for 11 a.m. Friday at New Hope Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clement-Keel Funeral Home of Gainesville.
Mrs. Lemons died Feb. 26, 2008, at Baylor All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth.
She was born April 28, 1918, in Cooke County to Bill and Mary Robertson Alexander. In October 1940, she married Doyle Lemons in Marietta, Okla. Mrs. Lemons was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; infant daughters, Shirley Ann and Gayla Gwen; sisters, Snookum, Cletus and Fritzie; and brothers, Jack, Pete, Dolaguy and Billy.
Visitation will be at the Clement-Keel Funeral Home from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday.
