He married Vivian Stout March 26, 1937 in Lovington, N. M.
He served in the US Army during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Vivian on Dec. 29, 1999; and one sister. Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 20 Boyce Drive, Bella Vista, Ark., or to a charity of the donor's choice.
