Dockstader, Alexander, Leroy Twp. Enlisted in company E, Seventh Cavalry, Sept 1, 1862, at Leroy, for 3 years, age 37. Mustered Jan. 23, 1863. Transfered to Veteran Reserve Corps May 1, 1864. Discharged at Brattleboro, Vt. Nov. 14, 1865, from company D, Third Regiment, Veteran Reserve Corps.
