He is survived by a son, Alan Bell and wife, Darlene, of Swansboro; daughter, Deborah Bell and her friend, Randall Hall, of Rodanthe, N.C.; two sisters, Mary Andrews and Billie Howard both of Hubert; and two grandchildren, Derrick Bell and Brittany Bell both of Swansboro.
