Daughter of
Loriad Valdi Vickers and Hilan Olivia Barkdull

Second Wife of George Simpson Workman
(Married 25 AUG 1919 MO)

She was a reporter on a St. Louis newspaper, and typed fast on an old Royal manual typewriter. She loved to type letters to her relatives, and always kept carbon copies. Thank goodness, because I have those copies. She loved to garden, and her cooking was the best. Always had black olives with turkey at Thanksgiving.
