Mrs. Chas. Cape, former resident of the community south of town, died at Oklahoma City at 3:00 o'clock Tuesday afternoon according to a telephone message received by R.T. Slater. Mr. and Mrs. Slater will leave Thursday morning for Oklahoma City to attend the funeral which will be held at 2:30 p.m.
Mr. and Mrs. Cape are well known here where they lived from the opening of the country until 1919. Mr. Cape having filed on the farm now owned by Harold Rodrick.
They visited friends here two weeks ago and Mrs. Cape was in exceptionally good health, according to friends here.
