She was possibly the daughter of Rowland Clarke of Dedham,MA.

NOTE: She has been said to be the daughter of Thomas Clarke (1567/8-1638) and Mary (Canne) Clarke of Banham, Co.Norfolk, but this was disproved in NEHGR 153:180-182, published 1999. Thomas Clarke had a brother named Clement Clarke whose son Rowland, b.c1590, is supposedly the one who went to Dedham. That Rowland Clarke(here) is also said to be a son, b.c1570, of John Clarke and Katherine (Cooke) Clarke of Bedfordshire.

Children: Sarah Colburn Partridge, Rebecca Colburn Pratt, Nathaniel Colburn Jr, Priscilla Colburn Morse, John Colburn, Mary Colburn Richards, Hannah Colburn Aldridge, Samuel Colburn, Deborah Colburn Wight(first wife of Joseph Wight), Benjamin Colburn, and Joseph Colburn.
