You were thought of and remembered today Phila. Inquirer - News Section 4-18-1918Suffragists seek aid.Solicit Gifts from sale to Wage Campaign Here. A wagon gaily decorated with suffrage colors & Liberty Loan signs started from the NationalWoman's Party State Headquarters, in the Penfield Building, 1328 Chestnut Street, yesterday morning to collect gifts for a rummage sale to be held at 1024 Chestnut Street next week. Funds are needed to carry on the suffrage campaign here. James Davenport was the driver for the day. The women comprising his passengers were Mrs. K. G. Halligan, Miss Dorothy Grammer, Mrs. Wallace Shay (nee: Mary Davenport) and Miss Caroline Katzenstein. The organization will make a daily canvass of the city, soliciting contributions. It is announced that articlesfor the sale may be sent to the Penfield Bldg. or by calling Bell' phone FILBERT 5652, their delivery will be given attention.
