Mrs. Becker, 93, died April 23, 2007, at Silver Cross Home. She was born in Poplarville on July 18, 1913, to Harry Buford Moore and Modeste Bosarge Moore.
She was a homemaker and worked in her husband's department store, Benoit's. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She was a member of the Altar Society, the Climbers Club and the Camellia Society.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Victor Becker; her brothers, Harry Moore and Jesty Moore; her sisters, Elizabeth "Dibba" Moore Watts and Cecelia DuTriel.
Survivors are her son, Allen Becker, of Slidell, La.; her daughter, Alison Becker Greene and husband Thomas Patrick Green III, of Wilmington, N.C.; and her grandchildren, Alysa Louise Green, Taylor Patrick Greene, and Connor Reed Greene, all of Wilmington.
Memorials may be made to the St. Francis Parish Trust.
