First married James Henry Adams July 28, 1901, son of Benjamin and Texana Clark Adams. They had two children, Ada M. and Jimmie Lee. She secondly married George Bell [her son and mother's obits say Walter Bell] June 22, 1905. They had Sadie, Vennie, Bill, Rayford, Beverly, Willard and Orville.

Mrs. Laura Bell Will Be Buried on Friday

Mrs. Laura Malissa Bell, 71, who died at the Jena hospital Wednesday afternoon at 5:30 o'clock, will be buried Friday morning following services at 10 o'clock at the Pine Grove Baptist Church.
K.G. Brooks, pastor of Temple Baptist church in Jena, will conduct the final rites, with interment in Pine Grove cemetery under the direction fo [sic of] Kinner and Stevens Home for Funerals, Jena.
Mrs. Bell is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Ada Bradford, Mrs. Jimmie Lee Tullos and Mrs. Sadie Poole, all of Jena, and Mrs. Vennie Sheppard of Groves, Texas; five sons, Bill of Donadlsonville, Rayford of Fort Bragg, N.C., Beverly of Ferriday, and Willard and Orvill, both of Jena; three brothers, Tom and Genie Edwards of Jena and Henry Edwards of Ferriday; two sisters, Mrs. Charlie Walker of Jonesville and Mrs. Sallie Murphy of Jena; 17 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
