The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. James Betts Larisey, Sr. are invited to attend the funeral services of the former, Thursday, January 29, 2004 at eleven o clock in St. Matthew s Lutheran Church. Interment, Bethany Cemetery. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL Wednesday between five and seven o clock.

Mr. Larisey was born December 28, 1907 in Charleston, SC, the son of Alfred Oswald Larisey and Annabelle Linn Larisey. He retired as a Sales Representative with Armour and Company.

He was a member of St. Matthew s Lutheran Church, Life Member and former officer of The Arion Society, former Chancellor Commander of Knights of Pythias Jasper Lodge and a former member of Charleston Lions Club.

He is survived by his wife of Charleston; two sons: James B.(Sam) Larisey, Jr. and his wife Carrol of Charleston, SC and John A. Larisey of Hilton Head, SC; one daughter: Ann L.Campbell and her husband Harold of Charleston, SC; five grandchildren: Linn L. Lindenberg, Blake Campbell, John R. Larisey, Meredith A. Campbell and Daniel P.Larisey; one great grandson: Graham Rivers Lindenberg; one sister: Elizabeth L. Kytle of Durham, NC.
