Wife of Poylemja, aka Faustino.

Jocbocme was a Ohlone Indian, born in the village of Jalquin, near present day Castro Valley. Mission records show that she was the mother of 2 children named Liberato & Roverta.

Jocbocme was of the 6,000 Native American people who are buried in this cemetery. She and her husband are the only ones whose grave is marked. This grave went unmarked until 2009 when descendants had this redwood marker made and placed. Cemtery records showed the location of the burials.
