Paducah, Dies
Mrs. Charlotte Dean Bass, widow of Dr. W. J. Bass, died at 2:25 a.m. Thursday at Parkview Convalescent Center.
Born in Henderson, Mrs. Bass had lived most of her adult life in Paducah.
She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, the Altar Society and Daughters of Isabella.
Mrs. Bass is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Douglas Edwards of Northville, Mich., recently of Paducah, Mrs. Ralph Stowell, Annandale, Va., and Mrs. Luther Carson, Mrs. J. Paul Thomas and Mrs. Walter Howerton, all of Paducah; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services are sched uled Saturday at 2 p.m. at St. Thomas More Church with the Rev. Richard Danhauer officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday morning.
Prayers will be said at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Roth Funeral Home.
