WILL THOMAS 'TOMMY' PEEL , 68, of Memphis, retired equipment operator for Memphis Light, Gas & Water Division and retired truck driver for Pat Salmon & Sons, died Sunday at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Forest Hill Funeral Home East with burial in Arlington Cemetery. He was a member of National Avenue Baptist Church. He leaves his wife, Betty H. Peel ; a son, Tommie Jeffers Peel of Memphis; two stepsons, Robert Wray III of Fall River, Mass., and Steven Wray of Memphis; a sister, Mrs. Katherine Wiseman of Memphis; three brothers, Robert Peel and Henry Lonzo Peel , both of Brunswick, and Chaffee Peel of Arlington.
