A document titled Pennsylvania birth index, Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission, listed her date of birth as 4 Feb 1918. The Index was surely a compilation of handwritten documents subject to errors in reading or transcribing these documents. Obituaries have their own problems with errors.
