Robert E. "Gunner" Catcher, 47, husband, dad and "Uncle Bob" was born on December 25th, 1961 to M. Ann Brian-Catcher in Wichita, KS. In October of 1981, Bob married Callie M. Ford. Just over a year after their wedding, Bob and Callie welcomed two children, Adam now of Broken Arrow, OK and Jessica now of Austin, TX. Bob graduated from NSU with a degree in biology. He loved the outdoors and nature in general. Bob's love of the outdoors led him to motorcycles. Over the last decade, his love of motorcycles grew, bringing him to his position of A.B.A.T.E. (A Brotherhood Aiming Towards Education) State Representative, Muskogee Chapter. His current fight was for increased motorcycle safety and awareness. Although Bob was an avid advocate for motorcycle safety, his wife, children, brothers and sisters were his greatest love. Bob never met a stranger and as such, had an extremely large family of friends. Bob was taken suddenly from us on November 7th, 2009 while riding his motorcycle. Bob is survived by his wife Callie of the home, a son Adam Catcher, a daughter Jessica Catcher, two sisters: Louise King and husband Terry Lee of Tahlequah, Teresa Ballard and husband Bo of Tahlequah, four brothers: Tim catcher and wife Laura of Muskogee, Rick Catcher and wife Landa of Rose, Charlie Catcher and wife Robin of Tahlequah, Brian Catcher and wife Randee of Tahlequah.
