He was born November 29, 1944 in El Dorado, Arkansas, the son of the late Radford and Margaret Harrison Beeson. Mr. Beeson graduated from White Hall High School in 1961 and attended the University of Arkansas for three years. He was also a veteran of the United States Air Force. On February 14, 1976, Mr. Beeson married Barbara Davis in Little Rock. He was a member of Leola United Methodist Church and Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association; president of Ten Bears Hunting Club. Mr. Beeson enjoyed flying, hunting and spending time with his children.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Beeson; son, Ray Daniel Beeson; daughter, Elainea Teres Beeson, all of Leola.
