Francis Marion "Frank" Irvin was born to Francis Marion "Jack" and Sarah (Ray) Irvin in Monroe County, Mississippi. He died February 12, 1903 (December 24, 1903) in Monroe, LeFlore County, Indian Territory (Oklahoma).
