Services for Mildred E. Mittan, 85, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Sanders Memorial Chapel with the Rev. John Ballard officiating.
Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Sanders Funeral Home.
She died Friday, Feb. 23, 2001.
She was born July 4, 1915, in Hardy, Neb. She married C.D. Mittan on Aug. 12, 1936, in Nebraska. She moved to Lubbock in 1963.
She was a salesperson at J.C. Penney for 13 years, retiring in 1978. She was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church and was a member of the Hand In Hand Sunday School Class.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Don of Lubbock; a daughter, Clara Schirmer of Crofton, Md.; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
