Patricia J. Azbill, 56 of Decatur, IN passed away on Friday, January 19, 2007 at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. Patricia was born on March 5, 1950 in Hamilton, OH to Allen and Edith (Douglas) Prewitt. She married Gerald Azbill.
She is survived by her husband Gerald Azbill; 4 sons Mark Azbill of New Haven, IN, Mathhew Azbill of Decatur, IN, Charles Azbill of Lynn, IN, David Azbill of Decatur, IN; 1 daughter Julie Azbill of Decatur, IN; 1 brother Robert Prewitt of Florida; 7 grandchildren. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson Charles III.
She was a member of Light of Christ Ministries in Fort Wayne, IN. Patricia worked as an accountant with Wal-Mart.
Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at Haggard & Sefton Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at Haggard & Sefton Funeral Home. Officiating will be Pastor Elizabeth Owens with a burial in the Decatur Cemetery.
