Lena (Owens) Brownlee, 90, formerly of 108 E. Hampton Street and widow of William A. Brownlee, died Thursday morning (Nov. 1, 1990) in a local nursing home.
She was born July 14, 1900 at Bellspring, a daughter of James Simon and Fannie K. (Thomas) Owens and was a member of Central United Methodist Church and treasurer of the Lou VanPelt Class for 45 years.
She was the last survivor of her immediate family and is survived by several nieces and nephews. Her husband died in June 1, 1990.
Burial will be in Thornrose Cemetery.
