Christian Brenneman was a beloved pastor at First Mennonite Church in Canton, Ohio.
He was ministering to neighbors and friends suffering because of the Spanish Flu epidemic often with Alvina by his side. They both became ill because of their ministry; Alvina passed away on Tuesday, March 18th and Christian followed her in death in the early hours of Wednesday, March 19th.

Their legacy of love has not been forgotten at First Mennonite.
