IN MEMORIAM
In loving remembrance of our dear sister and aunt, Alice C. Brinkmeyer, who departed this life one year ago on May 27th 1958.
Time speeds on, on year has passed,
Since death it's gloom, it's shadows cast,
The awful shock we received that day,
When you so swiftly passed away,
You bade no one a last farewell,
You said good-bye to none,
Your loving heart had ceased to beat,
And before we knew it you were gone,
So unexpected and so sad,
When one we loved was called away,
God took her home it was his will,
Within our hearts she liveth still,
The years may wipe out many things,
But this they wipe our never,
The memories of those happy days,
When we were all together.
Sadly missed by brothers, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
