New York City attorney who bought a one way flight and a million dollar flight insurance policy shortly before boarding National Airlines flight 2511 on January 6, 1960. The plane exploded over Bolivia, North Carolina. Investigators found Frank's legless remains some 16 miles from the others, leading them to conclude that he had blown the plane up with dynamite in a murder-suicide.
