John Wesley Arnold was the son of Charles Wesley Arnold and Salome Lavina Limeberger-Arnold.

I have seen conflicting information about the day of his death. The death certificate says May 5, but the family Bible says May 4.

John Wesley Arnold's first wife was Caroline Amanda Morris-Arnold. They were married 1 Oct 1878 in Lowndes Co., GA.

They had the following children:
Wesley Morris Arnold b. 1880;
John Robert Arnold b. 1881;
Frank Lee Arnold b. 1884;
Seletie Nannie Arnold b. 1887;
Harry Gustavious Arnold b. 1891; and
