Mrs. Viola Forrest Hobbs, 29, a housewife of Winona died Friday, April 20. She was the daughter of the late L. B. and Frances Kennedy Forrest.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Hobbs of Winona, two sons, James and Christphor Hobbs, both of Winona; six sisters, Mrs. Margie Robinson of Winona, Miss Susie Forrest, Mrs. Maggie Burt and Miss Anna Ruth Forrest, all of Duck Hill, Mrs. Rosie Love of Chicago and Miss Rosie Ella Forrest of Winona; six brothers, John Forrest of Chicago, L. B. Forrest, Chester Lee Forrest, and Jimmie Lee Forrest, all of Winona; Johnnie Forrest and John Aurther Forrest, both of Duck Hill.
Services were held Monday, April 23 at 2:00 P.M. in the Roberts & Sons Chapel with Reverend Wardell Sawyer officiating. Burial was in Bethlehem Cemetery in Montgomery County with Roberts & Sons Mortuary in charge.
Pallbearers were Willie E. Burt, L. B. Daniels, Jr., Freddie Hobbs, Henry Love, Edward Robinson and Jessie English.
