The Cromby name in the census is incorrect. The correct name is Abercrombie.

Colvill Abercrombie, Jr. was born in Laurens County, South Carolina, married there and removed to Henry Co., GA. after 3 Sept. 1831.
Sara Mahaffey was born in S.C. to Hugh Mahaffey (1775-1846) and wife, Rachel.
