Clyde J. Blank, 84, Peoria, formerly of Champaign, died December 4,1 983 at Methodist Hospital, Peoria. Funeral services were held in Peoria with burial in Ingram Cemetery, Monticello.
Mr. Blank was born Jan 16, 1899 at Champaign, s/o M/M Christopher Blank. He married Florence Rhoades on March 17, 1936 at Peoria. She survives along with a son, Robert of Mossville; three daughters: Carol Hergesheimer, Creve Coeur; Janice Luedtke, East Peoria and Virginia Allison of Decatur; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Grace Olson, Monticello; and Mae Nichols of Seymour. He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Peoria. Memorials may be made to the church.
