Mr. Biggs was a native of the county, leaving here in 1924 for New Holland, Ill., and later moving to Mason City, Ill. Mr. Biggs was a brick mason and blacksmith by trade.
Death followed a paralytic stroke.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Annie Mitchell Biggs, who has several brothers and sisters here and both are well known here. He also leaves two sons, of Mason City, George and James, and a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Thompson, California.
