The funeral for Bobby Glynn Rudd will be today (Friday) at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Collier Funeral Home, Benton. Burial will follow in the Pace Cemetery, Hardin. Visitation is now at the funeral home.
Mr. Rudd, 74, New Concord, formerly of Hardin, died Wednesday, July 15, 2009, at his residence in New Concord.
He was a retired librarian for the Marshall County School System and was a board member and past president of the Henry County Genealogy Society. He was the son of the late Henry Rudd and Flora Gardner Rudd.
Survivors include a special friend, Horace Allen, New Concord; cousins, Larry Gardner, Hardin, Anna Warren, Paducah, Mary Ruth Eldridge, Rensselaer Ind., Kathryn Gore, Benton, and numerous other cousins.
