Winston Henry Wolf, 77, of St. Charles, died Friday (March 22, 1996) of a stroke at the Veterans Administration Medical Center at Jefferson Barracks in St. Louis County.

Mr. Wolf was retired after working as a realtor in the St. Charles area for 44 years. He was a member and past president of the Kiwanis Club in St. Charles, a member of American Legion Post 312 and was a decorated veteran of the U.S. Army in World War II.

The funeral was Monday at St. John’s United Church of Christ in St. Charles. Burial was at the church cemetery.

Among survivors are his wife, Mary E. Blackhurst Wolf of St. Charles; three sons, Winston R. Wolf of Defiance, Ron Wolf of Campbell, Calif., and Bob Wolf of St. Charles; four daughters, Peggy Riley of Weldon Spring, Cathy Wussler of Chesterfield, Christine Mikulas of Colorado Springs and Cindy Webb of St. Peters; two brothers, Edward Wolf of Foristell and Kenneth Wolf of Weldon Spring; three sisters, Esther Torbitzky, Gladys Barklage and Velma Vogt, all of St. Charles; and 17 grandchildren.
