Mrs. Etta Starcher, 76, of Charmco, Greenbrier County, died Sept. 4, 1987, in Humana Hospital Greenbrier Valley, Fairlea, after a long illness. She was a member of Hines Baptist Church and was retired co-owner of Starcher Transfer and Storage. Surviving: husband, Cecil; sisters, Opal Perry of Charmco, Ruth Pew of Weimer, Calif., Maxine Dellinger of St. Augustine, Fla.; brother, Guy Fugate of Alderson. Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Wallace-Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle, with the Rev. James Daily officiating. Burial will be in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
