KNOWLTON, ALICE MAE, nee Alcorn, age 86, of Orlando passed away Jan. 20, 2010. Born Nov. 23, 1923 in Oldham County, Kentucky. She moved to Madison, Indiana in 1925. Married Melvin Burr Knowlton on Feb. 17, 1945 and moved to Orlando where she resided
ever since as a homemaker. Member of Downey Memorial Church and the Ladies Aid
Society. Preceded in death by her husband; and son, Bruce Christopher Knowlton. Survived by her children, Jane (Max) Thomas, Calvin (Lois) Knowlton, Karen (Greg)
Skelton and Brent (Lynn) Knowlton; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandsons; brother, Louis Alcorn; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral 11 a.m. Saturday at Downey Memorial Church. Visiting 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Union Park Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
