Mary, age 96, died at her home in Parsons. She was the daughter of William and Clercy (Bookout) Mackie. She married Ernest Roscoe Babcock.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her son, Donald L. Babcock, her sister, Floy Buzzard, four half-brothers, and his half sister. Survivors include 3 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and her sister, Pearl Dodds.
Service were held at Carson-Wall Funeral Home. Burial was in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Parsons.
