Mr. Charlie Matt Reid of Atlanta died February 23, 1999. Surviving are his wife, Willie Mae Reid, Atlanta; daughters and sons-in-law Dorothy and David Hodges, Montgomery, AL; Charlene and Jerry Townsend, Powder Springs, GA; son and daughter-in-law Randy and Kim Reid, Marietta, GA; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday Feburary 26, at 10am at Spring Hill. Dr Perry Ginn, officiating. Interment Crestlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6-8 o'clock at H.M. Patterson & Son, Historic Spring Hill Chapel, 1020 Spring Street, 404-876-1022.
