Andrew B. Casey, 130 30th. NW, died at 4 a.m., Tuesday at Leisure Lodge Nursin Home. He was a farmer. Funeral arrangments are pending with Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home.
Mr. Casey was born 15 March 1882, in Lamar County, a son of Gilbert and Sarah Elizabeth (Morrison) Casey. His wife, the former Miss Mamie Burton, died 7 Jan 1968. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Grover Self of Paris; two sons, Billie Casey of Decatur and Clifford Casey of Kermit; two brothers, Joe Casey and Johnny Posey both of Paris; two sisters, Mrs. Curt Wilson of Paris and Mrs. Tom Branum of Roxton; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Casey Services: Funeral services for Andrew B. Casey, 130 30th. NW were conducted Thursday morning in Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home Chapel. Hurbert Roach, Church of Christ minister, officiated and burial was made in Forest Chapel Cemetery. Bearers were Gayle Self, Dewayne Self, Michael Casey, Luther Smith, Charles Casey, and Charles Arnold. Mr. Casey died Tuesday.
