Martha Ann Thomas Wilber was a daughter of Jeremiah Thomas and Catherine Prather Thomas. She married John M. Wilber in 1862 in Crawford County, IL. She was known to be a patient and kind woman, ready to help when needed. She and John were the parents of two sons, William Franklin, who died at the age of 2, and Charles Robert, who preceeded them in death in 1901.
